Perforating system primary objective is to establish flow communication between the wellbore and reservoir rock. To achieve this, a perforating string is lowered in the well, and charges are fired across the production zone. The released energy creates tunnels through casing and cement, and then into the formation.
Perforating accessories provide electrical, mechanical and hydraulic integrity within the perforating String, as well as other means such as positioning & orienting the string and provide other mechanisms for safety of perforation operation. The components are designed in various sizes, typically with 20,000 psi pressure rating and up to 400°F (204°C) temperature rating and other features according to the designed functions.
The company can manufacture and supply various types & sizes of OCTG (from 2 3/8” TBG to 7” CSG). All specifications & tolerances conform to API 5CT & ISO 6892-1 / DIN 50125 / EN 10297-1 standards. Pipe grades include J55, L80 & P110 with both EUE & NUE connections.
