The company network, personal computers, electronic mail and other communication devices and channels are to be used for business related matters only, with flow of data security and proper usage ensured.
All e-mail messages and related information should be treated as confidential by all employees, consultants and any third party with access, and should be retrieved / read by the intended recipient only. Nobody should access any information stored on any computer or other devices, including cloud data, unless authorized and permitted to do so.
The email and other means of communication must not be used for commercial ventures, religious or political causes, for outside individuals and / or organizations for none business related solicitations.
